2017 Tuesday -- On the Market (Again)

The little house across town is again for sale. We bought this house back in 1992 for our kids, our daughter and son-in-law and two grandkids, so our son-in-law could attend college. They lived there for two years.

The house has been a rental since 1994. The last renters were there for about 10 years. They were good renters until the last year when they just went crazy and our property manager didn't see the signs leading to major problems, which ultimately lead to eviction.

So we fixed the mess they left, and the place is now turnkey and we have decided to sell it. Today the new sign is in the front yard. We are hoping the new realtor can get it sold.
