Happy Birthday

To meeeeee! This is my newest creation, the strawberry margarita cake. Geneoise sponge, tart lemon mousse and strawberries soaked in tequila and triple sec, finished with vanilla Swiss meringue and gold dipped strawberries. Yum. My friends and I pretty much demolished it at dessert.
