Hornet's nest

This is the other nest the small one.  It's in one piece but the more it is moved around the more tiny bits drop off!  I'm hoping to keep it long enough to show the grandchildren who are coming at Christmas.  I think the structure is amazing!

Today we decided to tip the old mattress from the guest room and buy a new one!  Went to IKEA and had lunch there.  The mattress comes rolled up and you unroll it to let air in and it grows!  We also bought 4 flag stones for the garden.  I want to move the composter to behind the apple tree .  Home and it is getting dark!
