Lightweights

The signs appeared yesterday.
Today at 10.00 am our water mysteriously disappeared and we got a recorded phone call.
Checked online and AW claim a pump breakdown but it only affects our road.
Found this up the lane, looks like they have replaced the hydrant valve. Only 2pm and they've sloped off already.
Looks like they had this planned but didn't want the hassle of notifying us in advance so claim it was a breakdown.
