Carrot cake

Our bake off this week at school was ‘vegetable ‘ cake. I didn’t start baking until 8.30 pm after panto rehearsals and things didn’t go well. It was a Paul Hollywood recipe and the icing was so runny!
However the cake tasted good and impressed the judges so I was glad I entered.
