Bhutan - Tiger's Nest
Mae'n amhosib i mi ddweud sut roeddwn i'n teimlo pan wnaethon ni cyrraedd ar Tak Tsang. Roedd e'n bron diwedd y bererindod, ac roeddwn ni wedi bod yn cerdded i fyny'r mynydd am ddwy awr. Roedd e'n eithaf emosiynol. Roedd dagrau yn fy llygaid pan welais i'r Gompa. Roeddwn i'n meddwl am hanes y wlad a sut mae'r bobol wedi bod yn ymarfer Bwdhaeth yma am gannoedd o flynyddoedd.
Y tu mewn yr adeilad roedd e'n brydferth, gyda llawer o ystafelloedd yn llawn gyda cherfluniau a phaentiadau. Roedden ni'n gallu aros yna i ymarfer myfyrdod. Pan roedd amser i fynd, gwnaethon ni parhau ein taith i fyny i aros mewn pebyll ger Gompa ar ben y mynydd. Roedd cenllysg pan gyrhaeddwn ni ar y wersyllfa, ac roedd hi'n oer iawn.
It is impossible for me to say how I felt when we reached Tak Tsang. It was almost the end of the pilgrimage, and we had been walking up the mountain for two hours. It was quite emotional. Tears were in my eyes when I saw the Gompa. I thought about the history of the country and how the people have been practicing Buddhism here for hundreds of years.
Inside the building it was beautiful, with many rooms full with sculptures and paintings. We were able to wait there to practice reflection. When there was time to go, we continued our journey up to stay in tents near Gompa on top of the mountain. There was a hail when we arrived at the campsite, and it was very cold.
