I attended the pain association meeting today. It was really good. We discussed baselines and goal setting.

After that I took the car through the car wash and got some shopping.

Had lunch and a rest. Did some hand washing. More rest. My lovely husband made dinner and we enjoyed a nice chilled evening together.
