Like butter wouldn't melt!!!

Hahaha but we all know differently of little Diva Rosie don't we??? The dog trainer has been called and hopefully will be returning my call after the weekend if not she will be bombarded with calls of help until she relents!!

So today has been reasonably chilled i have baked a cake had a one to one ninja session, which has shown me i have a lot of work to be doing this week and only time will tell. If i put the effort in i can grade a week today, i want it badly enough it's whether my body will cooperate is the question, may have to put it off until Feb and do some Yoga and really concentrate on the moves. I've really lost focus of what the end goal is and working more on the fitness side, that i've realised isn't enough it's the whole package!!
I blame the martial arts journey, clearly it is telling me i can't run before i can walk!!
Another lesson learnt about myself, seem to be learning alot this week. All good though.

Tomorrow i am off with a friend to London we are off to the V&A museum to see the ball gown exhibition they have there and then off to the Tate modern OOOOOOoooooo a day of culture, i am a little excited i just love London.

Right Mr Impatient Glenn is demanding i ice the coffee cake before he starts cutting chunks out of it!!!
