Devotional time

This is where I go for my quiet time - a corner of our bedroom, where we have an easy chair and this small wicker table. It’s a nice light corner as there are windows on two walls, and I have a small bookshelf above my chair, so it’s a good spot! I’m currently studying Corinthians with the assistance of a William Barclay bible commentary. Have just finished I Corinthians and just starting on Second Corinthians. The Bible I usually use is the NIV, but I have several other versions, including the more contemporary The Message. It was a grey day today and a wet afternoon, so I had a quiet day at home, hence I’m resorting to an indoor Blip.
