Taking a fence

A nice, relaxing day chillin' with ma homies (for those of you who aren't "street" and "down" with the "kids", "ma homies" is slang for "wife and cats").

Took this in the course of an 11K run this morning. 11k sounds like a very specific distance - probably part of a carefully planned, scientifically-derived plan to optimally train towards the marathon at Rio 2016. Or it might be what we professionals call "a 10k that went wrong".

I've used up my ration of inverted commas so I have to stop now.
