Flank Speed?

In my post work reverie I noticed this wee boat hooning along the coast as I was driving parallel to it. I seriously didn't think I would have time to get ahead of it and stop at the camping ground to get a shot of it. Probably not a good time to go water skiing from behind it.! It's wake looked huge!
