Room with no view!

Dear Diary,

Glad to report that the surgery went fine and no major complications. I should be up and walking this afternoon but I am in a lot of pain. I am told this is normal so I am not worried...yet.

I don't know what I will be able to photograph as the hospital has strict rules about it. You'll just have to wait and see I guess. This will test. My creativity I think.

Everyone has been so nice here and I can't thank Marnie enough for getting up at 4am to drive to the hospital. A true friend.

My posts will be rather short and I don't know how good I will be with my comments but with any luck I wil be home on Sunday...fingers crossed!
