Tom Peters and Cass Business School

Tonight I went to an event organised by the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants at Cass Business School to hear Tom speak at the inaugural Global Symposium of the Centre for Management Consulting Excellence.

Tom is an American writer on business management practices who is probably best known for his book "In Search of Excellence".  I first heard him speak 30 years ago and he is as pithy and direct now as he was then.  A very good evening.
