Oeps....

It must have been more than thirty years ago that I spotted this Beemer that obviously didn't park the car like should have been done.

Then it became clear that we are looking at a piece of art created by a group called 'Kunst & Vaarwerk' consisting of Cor Kraat, Hans Citroen and Willem van Drunen. They were active in Rotterdam from 1979 until 1992 and made several landmark objects.

Now thirty years later the BMW is still balancing - seemingly - dangerously from the roof, but the Red color has become dull.

Time to renovate it, so a few weeks ago it was completely sanded and repainted in a shiny new red color, a guarantee to survive another three decades to come.
