Why do I always feel intimidated by these blooming machines! I always fear my pre purchased ticket is not going to appear when I key in the code, it always has so I don't know where the concern has come from. I do miss being served by the guy in the office, he was always chatty and smiling. I know he's still there for some of the day, unfortunately the ticket office is always closed when I get over to the station.
