Bed of pain

Kilda went home on the bark n ride tonight as I went to see the Mistress of Pain, Theresa Tate at Muscle and Movement. Calf muscle was playing up last week and she set about me with needles and thumbs. Felt battered and bruised at the end but should be a lot better tomorrow.
