Another Quirky Sign

Out and about with Zoe today, down to the dog park. 

This is on the side of another local restaurant, It appears that Brian Bodnar was a well loved regular patron of this establishment, and sadly he passed away just recently (September 2017). So I don't quite understand the dates.
