West Highland Way - Day 2

Drymen to Balmaha, 8 miles.

Well as mentioned yesterday it started to rain when I arrived in Drymen. It hasn't stopped yet, still bucketing down this morning. All the way to Balmaha, wet! Conic Hill seemed very steep both up and down.

Rain eventually stopped in the evening and I managed a walk around the pretty village which is on the edge of Loch Lomond.

My clothes are all draped over the radiator and heated towel rain and my boots are stuffed with screwed up newspaper, hope they are dry by morning.
