Eight Maids ‘a Milking

One of our irregular visits to Bluewater shopping centre. Beginning the Christmas shopping and getting there before the crowds in December.

Also, of course, to have lunch in John Lewis’s - soup then scone and coffee. We visited a few shops together then went our separate ways, Susan to browse and me to wander. Looked at TVs to gather some prices, buy some family cards and small gifts, get coffee and bread flour from Waitrose.

I’m renown for not wanting to go to Bluewater. I don’t like the browsing but do like looking at the shopping environment and the people in it. All that is fascinating. The Christmas decorations were up and what better a blip if you’re having to go?
