A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004)

Here lies Emily Barreau
Always cautious, 
Rarely raucous 
Had a terrible fear of flying
On the trip to Peru
In those turbulent skies
her need for distraction
caused the poor lady
to light up a cheroot 
"You will have to put that out”
Lost in her translation
she foolishly opened the door
and swept away into the blue
too soon she remembered
she wished she packed her parachute
