Nature’s the best Medicine

After a dragging and dead week to date, it was enlivening this morning to walk around the edge of the backwaters in the bright frosty morning. The sky was full of thousands of migratory Brent geese and there were flocks of Reed Buntings in the bushes. The light from the rising sun over the marshes was incredible. Returned to computer feeling much better!
