I am Sorry..

.. to all vegetarian and vegan blippers. I would just like to say that I did not shoot this Pheasant but was given it as a gift from a lovely person who lives in the farmland area where I walk the pups. They say there is a first time for everything and mines was today, I have never plucked a bird before so guess who had to YuoTube it , find everything on there lol. Following instructions our pheasant has been seen too and is now roasting in the oven. I admit the one bit I got bit funny with was cleaning out the insides so one pair of Marigolds came in handy lol . This is a shot of it before it was plucked, the colours of the feathers are just beautiful xx
