It is getting hot in here.
.5 Kilo chopped Venison meat.
3 Carrots loosely chopped
1 Onion loosely chopped
3-4 Pieces garlic chopped
8-12 Small potatoes halved
1-2 Parsnips cut into slices
1 Cup of homemade chicken broth
10 Juniper berries
Bunch of red wine
butter
Flour the meat and fry in oil until brown remove and then set aside.
Put the remaining ingredients (besides wine,water, and broth) into the same pot with some more oil and fry for a few minutes.
Add wine,broth and some water.
Cover and wait 1-2 hours and then eat and enjoy!
