Kimchi!

In order to take pictures of Korean ladies making kimchi it is important to approach them slowly so as not to spook them.  When close enough, remember to remember that you only know how to say "beer please" and "take me to the airport" in Korean.  Proceed unnecessarily mime taking a picture while actually holding your camera.  Snap a shot then shuffle away mumbling thank you.  Attempt to explain to the guys that you are working with what was so interesting about a scene the have seen a thousand times.
