Sun Breaks

Years ago when we moved to Vancouver, I thought the term sun breaks was funny.  I soon learned that most of the year there is more rain than sun and it is very appropriate.  After meeting friends for a morning coffee, then helping son out with some school issues I saw the sun was out and made a quick trip to the other side of  lake.  The clouds were spectacular.  The sun was shining on the autumn colored trees and corn stalks it was so pretty.  Unfortunately once again the rain started before I was back at the car, but I dressed for it this time.
