Painting, Yorkshire Dales

I came across a painter in Leyburn during the summer who was selling these miniature paintings. This one is just 9cm x7 cm so I have taken a close up which can double as my entry to the FB Picnof the week where close-up is the theme. I love it as it is quintessentially the Dales which the dry stone walls. I don’t buy paintings often but this one works.

Been a good day in watching the rugby where England played well. Mouth still swollen but easing a little and I feel fine. Good job got some good friends visiting tomorrow so hope we can get out.
