Skating in the rain

A good day out despite the weather. Went to an exhibition at Somerset House next to the skating rink. Called ‘North: Fashioning Identity’ it looked at some of the myths and truths representing the North of England. I can’t really recommend it but it was ok. Crossed over the Thames and went to see a much better exhibition at Tate Modern - ‘Ilya and Emilia Kabakov’. Lunch at Wagamama and a cream tea in Southwark Cathedral Cafe were very welcome breaks.
