Steam Train

A bonus at parkrun today as a group of enthusiasts had paid for the steam train to run up and down past the park as part of a weekend of photography! I was luckily walking passed them just as it came through the first time... 

My son and I were marshalling on the meadow hill and I had plenty of opportunity for photographing the runners and walkers. There is a full set of photos on Facebook but I have put my best ones on Flickr too.

We did get to a session at the mountain festival too with extreme sports from a new series on Channel 4 which looks amazing called Britain's Abandoned Playgrounds.
