'Then & Now' Symposium

Today I was in Winchester for the symposium of the WW1 'Then & Now' photography project I have been involved with. There was a keynote speaker and ten project banners on display. 

As I have mentioned before my research and images involved the journey my great grandfather took from the Somme battlefield back to Blighty when he was wounded. 

My banner is the nearest in my image, you will notice we only had room to display 4 images. I have 37 relating to this project and the QR code links you to my website where they can all be seen. 

Apparently the display will be on show at RAF Duxford this coming Monday for one day only. It is hoped they will be shown at other locations in the future, suitable places are being sort.
