The night before the biggest exam of my life

Sat in premier inn, abingdon with my set of notes. Not sure what to do ....more cramming or sleep!?! At 2.30 tomorrow I enter my clinic entrance exam...hoping that I can keep my cool and all this stuff in my head comes out in the right place!
Polymyagia rheumatic, syringomyalia, osteoporosis, osteosarcoma, guillain barre, maralgia parasthetica, tenosynovitis, pleurisy....which condition will it be?!?!?
