An amazing day at the Gourmet Escape at Leeuwin Estate, Margaret River.

Amazing wine and food and company.

Rachael had organised an audience with Rick Stein, he answered some questions which a female food critic asked which was interesting, then he took 3 questions from the audience, I asked what music he liked cooking to when he was at home and he didn’t answer but said he wouldn’t want Under Pressure on in a busy kitchen, Rachael asked if it was best to always drink white wine with fish and he said Pinot Noir was also very good.

Back home we danced the night away! I looked at my fitbit and I’ve done over 16000 steps!
