... and keep all the straps fastened while airborne! This is my old paragliding harness, which has been lurking beneath the stairs for about nine years. I should have sold it a long time ago, but found it hard to let go. I'll put it on eBay and see if I get any nibbles.

I'd been housebound since Monday night with a serious case of man flu, but felt well enough to go to the monthly meeting of the Hearing Loss Association this morning. Glad I went -- it was a very interesting presentation on surgical procedures and continuing improvements in cochlear implants.
