One thing after another.

We are getting a new hall carpet and we spent so long in the shop on Saturday debating the merits of one versus another that the guy gave us these samples to take home.

I get a bit skittish in shops. I don't know why.

I said:"If you give us a few more we could sew them together and save a few bob!" Imagine the reaction to that. Siberia's warmer.

He said:"Didn't you used to work in Oddbins?"
"It may have appeared that way but sadly.....no."

Nope....it's not happening.
