Turning back the stop-watch

21:07 at parkrun this morning.
Thrilled with that as it's the 33rd sub-22 of 2017 for me, equalling the number I ran in 2012
Need to shave off those 7 seconds to match the four sub-21s completed five years ago, now :o)
