She's back!
Apologies to any veggies out there but with my F.M.i.L. returning home from her time in Holland we just had to have her favourite for Sunday dinner, Leg of Lamb.
It really was as delicious as it looks. Smothered in honey, sprinkling of salt and pepper, herbs and a sprig of fresh rosemary from the garden. It just fell apart after cooking slowly for five hours.
All this 'Pulled' meat stuff is nothing new, we've been doing it for years except we call it 'Falling to pieces' meat!
