Bread

Whilst I was away earning my crust on supply in the local secondary school - a Science teacher today - Tricia was making some crusts. The combination of a new food processor and a steam oven and she has become all enthusiastic about making bread and indeed has become rather proficient at it. It even tastes quite decent!
