Rudsgården Nylandet!

Rudsgården Nylandet is the name of "torp", small farm, which we bought in Sweden today! I can hardly believe it, we have looked at it at internet, dreamed about it and planned for it for about it for about two weeks. Today we saw it in real, this tiny house and the garden was just as we hoped it would be and the traffic at the road was just as much as we feared. But after all we felt that place had much of what we wanted and we now it's difficult to find a place which has "everything". Everything happened so fast and we agreed about a price of SKR 675.000! Now we are drinking wine and hope that we have made the right solution!
