Urban myth

This building, just off Glasgow's city centre at High street, has a myth associated with it. If you look at the top you will see what appears to be a Victorian water fountain. 

The story goes that the only way planning permission was given for the building would be if it included a public water fountain - so the builders included one...on the roof!
