A video screen capture. Big day in the sunshine, with other determined runners, raising funds for Amnesty. I managed my running target - a steady 10 minute mile, completing the 13.1 miles in 2 hrs 11 min and a few seconds. Then went to have lunch with a couple of brisk young ultra-marathon iron men.

Later, met travellers from Colorado and Minnesota off the bus from Bruges. It's been a good day.
