Jelly For Sale

I took the apple jelly I've been making to sell at church in aid of the current year's project, Action for Children at their premises in Gilmerton.

Keeping three sets back for our own gifts, I took 71 matching pots (plus a few oddments in case I ran out). Although my label says there were five different flavours actually there were six. Most of them sold and I can give £40 to the charity - not a lot considering the faffing about involved but as nearly all the ingredients were foraged my expenses were minimal.

So, if anyone would like the remaining rosemary, rosehip or bramble, bidding starts at 50 a jar...
