Present time.

I have to say I am pretty pooped after the 30th birthday celebrations of the weekend. After much deliberation Mrs V decided to celebrate her 30, but as we only had three weeks to get organised it was a challenge!  We decided to have a small marquee put  up just outside our front door which worked really well. With improvisation on the decoration front  the finished effect was brilliant.

Despite the short time we had to get this all ready for last night it all came together and will the help of the W’ s and Mr Tbays brother and wife plus assorted others and a brilliant night we had. There were 60 guests who enjoyed Tbay hospitality at its best! Some made it to 5am before retiring to bed !! I managed 2:00 am Mr Tbay and the W’s managed 2:30! It is fair to say that there were some interesting sights  this morning!

After a quick breakfast Mr Tbays brother and wife left to return home and we then set about the clear up in the tent. By lunch time the major clear up had been done and Mr Tbay and Mr W headed for the pub for a well deserved pint! I just slumped in a chair!!

At tea time we all gathered to open Mrs V’s presents which was fun. The picture is of Mrs V assisted by little Miss opening her gifts. Much fun was had.

All fed and water again and ready for bed!
