Carskey

After our regular grocery shop we went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay.
At Carskey we walked along to the far end and came back again along the path at the back of the beach with the last little bit back on the beach itself. A seal watched us start our walk along the beach. Fergus seemed to enjoy himself.
Later I started a new painting inspired by the large work of Barbara Rae I saw at the National Gallery.My extra shows my effort so far.
Later I listened to my new CD 'Water of Leith' by Blue Rose Code.
Very soothing particularly the track Passing Places featuring Kathleen MacInnes. Well worth a listen :-)
