Cor blimey, I took 7 steps to my kitchen door, clicked the shutter, & the hearts rolled in. My sincere thanks you kind people. There has to be a simple message.....”hang in there” ? Today is a few degrees cooler & more manageable. My granddaughter Amanda, after a year in London, has come home - I suspect, been driven by the English weather. She came to see me today & volunteered to dead head the rhodos - has just left on her bike after 5 hours. When the azaleas signed off, the irises signed on, consequently they’re in full flower. This is Harbour Blue which you have seen before, but growing in a different part of the garden this time.
