Irresistible...

...is how I find textiles and when these beautiful boxed (and never used) utterly fine lawn handkerchiefs appeared on Trademe (NZ) , I just had to go after them.
There were just 2 bids and I won the auction.
They are exquisite and so very fine.
I do so wonder about their history.
Do I leave them as they are?
Do I launder them to attempt removing the age spots?
Will my girls ever want them...never!
