Green Fingers
A first chance for me to plant up some of my cuttings this afternoon since coming back from holiday. Some of the geraniums and fuchsias had developed tiny roots in their pots of water, so they were the first to be planted out in trays. Next were the everlasting wallflowers and although they were developing roots I think I could have left them a bit longer in their group pot.
It was good to see Amanda (the hat maker) again this morning who came to help us out by taking away lots of things we no longer use in schools. She has got a three day a week supply job in a special school which appears to have no resources (don't you just love Tory governments who care so much about what provision they make for our future citizens), so we hope she can make good use of things that have been sitting in our plan chests, boxes and cupboards. We now have a little more space to refill!
