Speed Down

Well today was better than yesterday, I was still feeling ropey in the morning so I gave training a miss.

I launched Road Safety Week in work today, it gave me something to focus on.  The theme this is year is Speed Down Saves Lives.

It has rained all day.  I hate the rain!
