Reflection

Chores, black ink, toque, black ink, ponder, swim, obair-dachaigh, wander, clas, ponder.

My GP thinks there are signs of (hypo)mania in with my current and previous bouts of depression, probably at the same time (mixed state). Honest reflection is not proving easy but is confirming various things I've lived with and buried for at least 30 years. At least I am now able to look at the mountain.
