2017 Monday -- Farmers Market

We haven't enjoyed the wonder of Stephanie's delicious soup in a couple months. Attending the open air market today was wonderful. We had contacted her on Friday so she told us she'd save a couple jars, one of each flavor, for us because she knew she would run-out. The flavors this week are minestrone gnocchi and coconut curried lentil. We purchased two of the minestrone and one of the lentil.

We had the minestrone this evening. It was absolutely deliciously creamy and flavorful.
