Shame about the car park

Back blipped- The first night of our holiday before flying out of Heathrow. The Crown Plaza Hotel, lovely hotel with attentive staff. On our return, however, despite the car park having CCTV and security staff our car had been forced open with a crow-bar and phone and sat-nav taken. Hotel has not taken any responsibilty as it doesn't list it's car park as "secure". Duty manager was helpful in reporting incident and supplying us with supper while we waited for AA.
