Hurricane fighter plane

This is at the entrance to Biggin Hill aerodrome to the South East of London. It was an important fighter base in the Battle of Britain 1940. A Spitfire is on the other side of the entrance, but I always had a soft spot for the good old Hurricane. I remember making the Airfix construction kits as a kid.
